IT support for small businesses and nonprofits in Surrey and the Lower Mainland
Kaigaroo keeps your email, networks, and day-to-day systems running—without the layers of handoffs you often get from larger providers.
You work with one experienced technician: troubleshooting, planning, and follow-through. The focus is stable systems, sensible security, and advice that fits your budget—not add-ons you don’t need.
What we help with
Day-to-day fixes, Microsoft 365 and email, Wi‑Fi and VPN, backups, security, servers and file sharing, and hardware when it’s time to refresh. Bigger projects are broken into stages when that suits you.
Why Kaigaroo is different
Kaigaroo isn’t built around monthly labour retainers or a rotating roster of technicians. You work with one senior technician who knows your staff, systems, and history—not a help-desk queue where context gets lost.
There are no monthly labour fees. Work is billed in 15-minute increments on a sliding scale of roughly $100–$250 per hour, depending on the type of work, complexity, urgency, after-hours or emergency timing, remote versus onsite time, travel, and whether the job is routine support or a project. Invoices are usually sent quarterly, with enough detail to see what was done—so billing stays understandable without a labour retainer.
Most support is remote, often through TeamViewer; onsite visits happen when they’re the right call, but they’re less common than people expect. There are no long-term lock-in contracts. If you ever switch providers, Kaigaroo can help with a sensible handoff and documentation for whoever comes next.
